
In a world that far too easily activates the stress response (think low vibration), it’s so important to be intentional about connecting to joy. The energy of joy not only feels great, but it also raises our vibration so that we can live closer to Love Consciousness, as well as in deeper connection to our Spirit Guides (think manifesting your soul’s mission).
