
Richard has been a professional filmmaker for over 30 years. He has a Masters of Professional Writing from USC (MA 2008), a BA in Humanities: The Impact of the 20thcentury on the Arts” Boston University 1978 (Magna cum laude.) He’s written and or directed 9 theatrically released films, among them the award winning “Point of Betrayal” Best Film, Palm Beach Film Fest 1997, “Best Picture” Mexico City International Film fest for the documentary “Special Olympians.” He has three documentaries on Gaia, “Talking to Bill Paxton” “Flipside: My Journey into the Afterlife” and “Hacking the Afterlife.”
He’s written 10 books about the topic of wisdom acquisition from the flipside, including “Flipside: a Tourist’s Guide on How to Navigate the Afterlife,” “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife” 1 and 2 “Tuning Into the Afterlife” “Backstage Pass to the Flipside” 1, 2 and 3, “Architecture of the Afterlife” and “Divine Councils in the Afterlife: the Flipside Court” (All “best sellers in their kindle category” after his appearances on “Beyond Belief” on Gaia TV, or “Coast to Coast with George Noory.”) He’s currently a professor of film production at one of the top ten film schools in the country, has a master’s in professional writing (USC MA), BA in Humanities from Boston University, is a member of the Writer’s Guild of America (WGA) and the Director’s Guild of America. (DGA). He feels writing and directing skills are helpful in presenting the resulting data and research (evidence.)
