My name is Tovah Lalla and I am a human. I spent part of my life identifying as a wife, part of it identifying as a registered massage therapist, and part of it identifying as a mother. At one time I identified as all three at the same time.  

Now I simply identify as human, with all that comes with it. 

I’ve spent the last two years going through an intense spiritual awakening, and healing my core wounds. It is my mission to share what I’ve learned with others in hopes that I can help them let go of their baggage and be their most authentic selves.
